With nearly 30 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and prestigious hotels in London and Hong Kong, Alex has worked with renowned chefs like Joel Robuchon and Pierre Koffman. He earned two AA rosettes as Executive Chef at the 4 AA Red Starred Hotel St Ermin’s and led the kitchens at Mansion House, cooking for dignitaries, royalty, and world leaders. Inspired by the flavours of Asia, Alex combines classical dishes with modern techniques to create a dynamic menu. Open Tuesday to Sunday with food served all day from noon.We now have 3 Giant heated Tipis, they provide lots of fresh air and a lovely open environment, they are also heated.Formerly an 18th Century farmhouse boasting exposed beams, oak floors, exposed brickwork and oak tables. This leads to a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candle lit tables and real flame stoves.The cuisine is typically modern European, classically cooked using cornerstones such as stock pots to create their sauces with a brigade that has a passion for what they do.
