The Ox Barn is a 56-seater destination restaurant under the direction of Head Chef, Charlie Hibbert. Rooted in a passion for the local land, food and entertaining, the carefully curated menus are farm-based and plant-inspired. The nineteenth century former oxen house is the newest addition to the family of meticulously restored farm buildings. Very friendly staff. Great service and lovely food. But it was just so chilly in there. People were wearing their coats on the next table. Yes it was a cold day, but no excuse for not boosting up the heat.

A wonderful evening. A warm greeting awaited us at this delightful country pub. The fire was lit and the place was buzzing. A lovely selection of food including some unusual specials. Our food arrived and it was all delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. All in all a lovely evening
