And the room may have benefited by a door open if it’s the evaporative kind. Our waiter was attentive, and it turns out, the owner of former restaurant, Hortas. My wife and I cannot recall having enjoyed a meal so much and we have been fortunate to have eaten in some wonderful restaurants. The staff were fantastic genuine authentic people who made us feel special and added a surprisingly lovely dimension to the food and wine experience. We will remember this night for a long long time.
