The 1215 fine dining restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. We have been award two AA rosettes for the past seven years.Our brand new 1907 Glasshouse has a floor to ceiling windows that can be fully retracted so you can simulate the experience of dining outside. It also features a heating system so can be used all year round. It's the perfect space a romantic table of 2, a family dinner or for an event of up to 40 guests seated or 60 guests standing
