Set in 22 acres of stunning parkland Paris House is located on the Duke of Bedford's Estate in Woburn. Paris House blends modern culinary techniques with traditional foods to create a 6 course tasting menu. Paris House was originally built in 1878 in Paris. At the end of the 19th Century the timber framed building was dismantled and shipped piece by piece to its current home in the stunning grounds of Woburn Park. In January 2014 Paris House was bought by the businesses’ award winning Executive Chef Phil Fanning. The restaurant is managed as a family business by Fanning and his wife Claire.The restaurant’s tasting menus are based around dishes constructed with natural flavour combinations using the best seasonal produce available. The beef was perfectly cooked, and the Yorkshire pudding was the best I’ve ever had here, ie not overdone, just right! Service was excellent too, and my espresso martini was expertly made!

We always have an amazing dining experience at Redcoats. Front of house and serving staff are always friendly and attentive. The restaurant was dealing with power and gas outages due to the extreme weather, but we were still very well looked after and had a very enjoyable meal. Our server Tracy kept us updated and was very helpful despite being very busy!

Paris House is wonderful. From the moment you drive into the deer park to the moment you leave, it is simply a treat. The menu is always different, the tastes and flavours are fascinating and inventive. Service is friendly but unobtrusive. We have been coming to Paris house several times every year for birthdays and special occasions for quite a few years now and hope to go on doing so.
