Offering quality and freshness with no shortcuts, our team prepares each dish from scratch. We serve local produce and fresh Florida seafood every day. We also feature a full bar, an award winning wine list and homemade cakes and cheesecakes. Mildred's is proud to say we serve Gainesville's best food! We are also in the Golden Spoon Hall of Fame for our dedication to great food and service year after year.Reservations for lunch are not necessary.

    Everything was on point and delicious. Highlights of the night were the blueberry butter and bread, ribeye and cheesecake. Would definitely recommend.

    This is our third Valentine’s Day meal at Mildred’s and each time we ask ourselves why we don’t eat here more often! The fixed price meal was amazing, with great options for salads/soups, entrees and especially desserts. We enjoyed the wedge salad and the carrot salad, as well as the lamb and swordfish entrees. Each was unique and perfectly prepared. The cakes and cheesecakes are to die for! Oh and we truly loved the cocktails too!
