We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. It's sometimes a crapshoot with hotel restaurants, but we were impressed with Carcara. Had Sunday brunch -- incredibly attentive service, and the food was quite good. I'd totally come here again (and likely will); it's a great place to go before a performance at Symphony Hall or the Herberger.

Food was good. Servers were nice but service was so so slow. They seem to be short-handed every time we've been there, under old ownership as well as new. Perhaps hire more people especially for the weekend during busy, snowbird season? Also ran out of several menu items by 8:00 pm. The atmosphere is great - nice, quiet location. Will give them another try after a while and see.

Just not the value expected, although we had a very nice time, EXCELLENT service and cool ambience. 1/2 chicken Special seemed a little pricey- although we did share between 4 people. Everything was well prepared and served super hot and fresh!
