Hello, Salve, Hola, Bonjour, Olá, Alex and I started our first business, Bella's Pizzeria in 1996, in partnership with my dad, Mario. After 25 years, we have decided to take our experience and open a new, fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of downtown Long Branch at 202 Broadway.We began this journey in October 2020 with an idea which then became a dream and it has finally become a reality: American cuisine with a Mediterranean fusion.     We haven't been here in quite some time, and saw the menu had been updated, so decided to try it out. We sat at the chefs table and got to watch the behind the scenes cooking. Everything that came out of the kitchen was meticulously plated. Everything looked beautiful! We started with the “Salatim” and the Shishito. For our entrees we had the Schnitzel and the Squash. Everything was excellent! My husband usually gets steak, but seeing Schnitzel after schnitzel come out of the kitchen, he wanted to give it a try. He said it was the best chicken he has ever had. My Squash (vegan option) was delicious! We will definitely be back soon!
