Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. Had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s birthday. Service was wonderful. Britain was very focused on making sure we enjoyed our evening. Manager came over as well to make sure we had everything we needed and even wished our son a happy birthday.
