The Aperture, the first full-scale restaurant project from Chef Jordan Anthony-Brown. Fun restaurant for a special event. Great variety of proteins, salads, and sides. The service was excellent - we felt very cared for! Even a vegetarian could find plenty to eat here, but it's definitely a restaurant for omnivores.
