This is a one-of-a-kind Skybar experience allowing guests a close view of our 149 year old firehouse, bell tower and original stained glass windows. A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. Crudo uses the Japanese technique of curing the fish making it more tender and flavorful. Finishing it with lime, lemon, and soy; featuring Wild King Salmon, Japanese Madai, Hamachi and more. Our dinner was fabulous! I don’t think you could eat better lobster tails anywhere! Also, our waitress Michelle was so pleasant and friendly. We really liked her!

The inside is beautiful and interesting. The menu is varied. The servers seem inexperienced. The table was not cleared of appetizers before the entrees were served and we had to then wait for the right silverware and sharing plates. The waygu steak was delicious and well seasoned. The tuna appetizer was delicious. Burger was interesting but a little over the top. Will go back.

Went here for a birthday brunch and had the best time! The mimosa towers were super fun for a group and serve a lot of people. Highly recommend coming here, great value for the price and very festive decor and atmosphere. Staff was very friendly :)
