Since welcoming its first guests in 1773, The Red Lion Inn has earned a reputation for outstanding food and genuine country hospitality.     We had a fantastic brunch Kirk the manager very welcoming our waiter Brendan was very attentive excellent service and very caring. We started with west coast oysters and crab cake entrees were halibut and steak and eggs dessert was crème brûlée and apple tart with vanilla ice cream. Everything was delicious and top notch. If you have not tried the restaurant before it is excellent even the parking attendants are very attentive and did a fantastic service.

    An absolute exquisite dining experience with incredible service, fine wines, and a wonderful cozy atmosphere. This is absolutely my favorite restaurant! Is the only place that I go where I never put anything on the steak. No salt or pepper or anything. The way it is seasoned and the way it comes is perfect every time. I’ve been going to J. Gilbert for 25 years and it’s amazing that I’ve never had to send anything back to the kitchen. They are so careful in their preparation and so precise. Such high-quality food. It’s also the restaurant I go to for every one of my birthdays!

    Our first time having dinner at Tao at Mohegan Sun. It was nothing short of amazing from start to finish! Tao is truly an experience. From the ambiance, to the staff, and of course the food itself. I rarely review a restaurant at 5 stars, but Tao has certainly earned that rating. FKP

    Love the old-fashioned vibe of the Inn and dining areas. Service was very attentive. Food was simple. Flavors were good and ordinary, not amazing and unique. Ambiance made it very enjoyable.
