Diana is known for Diana's Pancakes, across Barcelo and before that, she was the owner of a similar pancake place next to the mill. Fred is known for his former restaurants Chef's Tables, 2 Fools and a Bull and Fred Restaurant in downtown Oranjestad.The two decided to work together and King Fred & Princess Diana was born. Diana delights guests with Dutch pancakes in the morning, while Fred takes the reins in the evening, serving a diverse range of international cuisine for dinner.On the second floor you will find our souvenir shop that can be visited anytime upon request. Elements is a favorite every year. Harrison was our waiter, and he was wonderful- as are all the staff. The menu changed and we missed our favorite appetizers from last year, but the ceviche and spicy shrimp were delicious. Tuna steak was cooked perfectly and the cheesecake is the best I have had here. Above all, it is the perfect place to watch the sunset on this beautiful island.

Our second time to Las Ramblas this visit. Service was great and food was excellent. We had the petite filet and it was excellent. The swordfish which was on special was excellent as well. Great music although it can be a little loud in front of the guitar player or singer. I highly recommend Las Brisas!
