Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. Best food in the area by far and I cannot wait to go back. The service was impeccable and the food on point. I only wish I saved room for dessert.
