New menu highlights include a Halibut Aguachile and a Seared Atlantic Halibut. Alex Fletcher, who created the original bar program for Henry’s Majestic, has returned to revamp the bar’s offerings to be interesting, playful and sustainable with an inventive spin on modern classics.
