Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.     it was my best friends 30th and we had a reservation. we were seated towards the back with an obstructed view of the stage which is what we were excited to see. there was also a slight chill to our experience as we were seated close to a door that opened quite often. outside of that service was excellent and the food was amazing!

    We had an absolute wonderful dinning experience at Ruxton. The combination of phenomenal food, the chance to meet Chef Austin, and the attentive service from GM Jerome and server Karla made the experience memorable. Ruxton is a must for fine dinning. We consider Ruxton one of the best restaurants for fine dinning during our travels.
