Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. Pricey but delicious. Vibe was cool upscale not pretentious but surprisingly seemed to clear out by 10 pm on a Friday.

Easily one of the top five dining experiences I’ve had in my life, including several fine dining experiences around the world. We opted for the multi-course tasting, and every course was somehow more amazing than the previous. The staff was helpful, attentive, and delightful too. For all of the nice things I have to say, it’s worth mentioning that you will pay for it. The bill was indeed eye-popping. That being said, I do not regret our choices. This place is a gem.
