We are even taking the not so typical step of making our own tortillas, sauces, and anything else possible from scratch. Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability. Reservations are not needed if you’d like to enjoy a crafted selection of curated cocktails and caviar service by our marble bench bar.

    We had a wonderful evening, dining at 15th Street Fisheries. Sebastian and Vivian were wonderful servers and made sure to check on us, refill our drinks and answered all of our questions. The food was delicious, as well. They also identify gluten-free and nut-free food options, which was very helpful as I have food allergies. The atmosphere was beautiful and delightful. I would definitely recommend eating here. We will surely be back in the future.

    Our reservation was for 9:15, as that was the 1st available slot when i went on Open Table to find a restaurant. We arrived at 7:50 and requested early seating and went to the bar, but it was very small and packed. BUT, the W has a great lobby bar and we enjoyed our time until dinner. Our waiter was one of the best service persons we have ever had. He recommended that the chef slice our filet, which we shared the mid-sized portion. If you come here, ask for Enrique !!

    Food was absolutely good and I will continue to come flew from Indianapolis and seen it was 4.92 star rating it needs to be the 5 star Automatic desert was good as hell 10/10

    I booked dinner at El Camino for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We had a group of 11 and were seated comfortably and quickly with our reservation! The waitress we had was so nice and made sure we got our drinks and food in a timely manner. They even made me a great spicy marg mocktail without tequila because I am pregnant, which made my night! All the girls loved the food and the reasonable price to match. I highly recommend!
