vivo is where Italian comes alive. We relish the enthusiasm and joy with which the traditional Italian meal is prepared and delivered, and seek to recreate that experience for every guest. Our open kitchen showcases our chefs preparing fresh and local ingredients.When you join us for dinner, expect it to be a relaxing evening lasting a couple hours over several piatti (courses). Your table comes alive when we present a variety of large offerings on platters or bowls within easy reach of all.A classic Italian pranzo (dinner) usually beings with a variety of antipasti (hot and cold appetizers), followed by one or two primi (usually a hot pasta, risotto, gnocchi or zuppa). Next your table will share a secondi (entrees) served on a platter combined with your choice of contorni (vegetable side dishes). Italians often complete their meal with un dolce, un caffe, or un digestivo (dessert, espresso, liqueur or grappa).we only use fresh in house made pastas and sauces.

The most ordered item on the kid's menu is Spaghetti and Meatballs. Out of these food items, it is the Calamari which steals the spotlight. For desserts, Mango Berry Cheesecake seals the deal. Sorrentino's West has a bar too. The wine selection at the bar is pretty decent. The bar service is fast.

Welcome to the Edmonton based Southern Italian Cuisine of the Sicilian Pasta Kitchen South located just west of Century Park. Come in and enjoy a delightful dinner or let us help you celebrate your special occasion. The venue features a 150 seat dining-room over two levels with an area that can accommodate large semi-private parties. The dining-room features a large glass enclosed kitchen so our guests can see what our kitchen is up to from almost every seat in the room. We also have a 60 seat patio with gas heaters and also features beautiful murals of the Italian countryside. In addition to the restaurant we also have a 100 seat lounge adjacent, Vinny’s Bar.
