Carbone is Chef Mario Carbone’s homage to the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. His food captures the essence of that history but takes its culinary cues from the kitchens of his childhood, the great talents with whom he worked throughout his early career and incorporates his signature techniques that blend familiar and bold flavors to create the most craveable dishes.     RUN do not walk - This place is a MUST TRY!!! AMAZING food ….if you are going to pay the amount it cost to eat out then go here where the food is not only real food, that is unique and something you haven’t tried before , but also an experience that can’t be matched !!! Staff is very helpful with the menu and is on their game!!! This place is managed beautifully!!!! All around good vibes !!!!!

    We had a fantastic time celebrating my wife's birthday with family at Mercat Bistro. Our hostess, Chantel, and the staff provided exceptional service. The presentation of the food was not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious!

    The best experience upon entry downstairs into the hotel to the restaurant until the end of dinner. Our server Ben was the absolute best. Greeted us by name, very attentive to our needs, fast service, great ambiance, the steak was so good & soft and moist. The Black Cadillac margarita was really good, we love how the chairs at the tables were turned towards the windows to enjoy the downtown Dallas views! We ran into a small issue with one of our filet mignon steaks but Ben and the manager Taylor were able to fix the issue. We will definitely be back and we will bring our friends and family!
