Melding the best offerings of Chef Tyson Cole’s first three restaurants (Uchi Austin, Uchiko, and Uchi Houston), the menu includes hot and cold tastings, makimono, yakimono, tempura, sushi, and sashimi. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Open for over 20 years, Oishii Owner & Executive Chef Thanh Nguyen serves some of the most creative comfort sashimi, sushi, and specialty rolls (including many rice-less and gluten-free options) in Dallas. We have an extensive Pan-Asian menu that has classic Vietnamese dishes such as shaken beef tenderloin, fried whole snapper, and incredible pho, and Chinese favorites like peking duck and sea-salt style combination seafood.     Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day celebration. The gift and rose on the table when we arrived was such a nice touch. The food was fabulous but the presentation made it so very special. The “smoke” coming from the shrimp cocktail and the “flaming” of the Baked Alaska at the table was so special. The food could not have been any better. Expense was more than expected but well worth the price.

    Our Pre Valentine Day experience was soooo nice!! From the valet to the server! The hostess volunteered to take our pictures and we really appreciate that. I had the red snapper and it was delicious, so was the carrot cake and coffee!

    We had reservation for Feb 11th for a table of 13 (business meal). Everything from the service, our waitress Summer was amazing, to the food and location were absolutely phenomenal. The sous chef came out and checked on us a few times to ensure we were satisfied with our meals and service. This experience was a 10/10 and we will be back!
