We also offer cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin "Banjo" Amberg.Our Italian and French-influenced menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though his experiences working at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the country.From Don: At Don’s, you may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. The ambiance is romantic. The perfect place for date night or anniversary dinner. We ordered the Shrimp Scampi which is always delicious. My husband ordered the Clams and Mussels antipasti, he loved it. For our entrees we ordered the Lamb Osso Bucco, delicious as well, but we absolutely loved the Pollo Incendio. So much that we shared it and cleared the plate. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The food was outstanding. And that includes Portland restaurants. Best meal I’ve had all year. The setting and the ambience of the restaurant is warm, cute and vintage and just perfect. Don and his wife serve the food to the table with each course and tell you what to expect. It was exceptional. You won’t regret paying a visit to Don’s.

We had a lovely experience at Stanford's. We had not been there in a long time and we were pleasantly surprised at the excellent service, the wonderful food (the stuffed mushrooms and loaded baked potatoes were wonderful) and the noise level was just right. We took our elderly parents and to NOT have music blaring was quite lovely. We didn't have to shout to converse!
