Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. I have eaten at the restaurant several times over the past five years, and it has never disappointed me. The steaks are amazing, and the appetizers and main course accompaniments also never disappoint. Long story short, it is worth the trip and a good value, considering the quality of the meats.
