**Our menu currently features a six course Chef's menu only.** Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. Tersiguel's cuisine is reflective of the seasons, with a garden that produces lettuces, herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. Tersiguel's is quintessential French Country "from the farm to your plate" cooking. Chef Tersiguel describes his food as "French soul food". The Tersiguel family has operated one of the regions best restaurants for over 45 years and continues this tradition with annual ratings of "Best French Restaurant" from the Zagat and Baltimore Magazine.

It all began with a love story and a dream. Linwood, a chef, and Ellen, a reporter, met 36 years ago in a restaurant of course! They married and began to envision that someday they would open a restaurant of their own. The restaurant’s first business plan was written at their dining room table on an electric typewriter.     We picked copper shark for our 8th anniversary and it was amazing! Everything from the vibe, to the service, to the food was on point, they even wrote us a little happy anniversary sign on the table! Kennedy was our server and was super sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks and food all came out quickly. Try the smoked cocktails- the presentation in a little smoking leather chest was incredible! We tried the whipped ricotta app with house baked bread and could bathe in it, it was so delicious. We split the tomahawk steak and duck bolognese pasta, both amazing and plenty to take home. How did I not know they make homemade pasta daily!? So hard to find around here and now that I know, can’t wait to come back regularly. The manager even came to say hi, he seems like such a great guy and truly cares about the quality of food and service that they offer, this really sealed the deal about how awesome this place is! Thanks for making our anniversary special, we can’t wait to come back and try the whiskey flights next time!

    We had a terrific evening - my mother is 84 years old and can't have gluten OR dairy. The restaurant asked whether we would prefer to avoid stairs when I made my reservation - I didn't have to put in a separate request or call... and the server staff was terrific about advising my mom on menu choices that she could tolerate. They offered sauce on the side, provided a second sauce, offered a gluten free option of one of the starters, etc. Chef showed up and commiserated on her usual dining options at the senior living complex where she lives. Really made her feel special, and a wonderful night out for her. Pretty sure she has a new favorite restaurant.

    A classic French restaurant in a classy place, classy staff, great food. I'm really grateful that there are still places like this in old Ellicott City. Perfect for a date night, and somewhere to treat your guests to. Absolutely recommend it.
