Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi.     This is the best tasting food and drinks I ever had in Long Island. I went for the Valentine experience and the food was so good. For the Valentine experiences I was expecting a little more, maybe a live music, etc.. But the food and drinks were amazing.

    I loved everything about Copperhill. The food presentation was not only beautiful, but the entree was amazing. The atmosphere was peaceful and the service was excellent. I enjoyed every moment. Will definitely be my go to restaurant in the future.
