With Echo & Rig Chef Sam Marvin has introduced a pioneering new concept transforming the long-held theories behind the steakhouse formula.     Went at about 6pm on Saturday 11-23-2024 and they were packed - lots of large parties going on, at least 4 that I could tell, making it almost too noisy to enjoy the experience. Service was still top notch, as was the food. I will be back, just not on a weekend night, as personally I'm not fond of crowds like that. Guess it is the price to pay for liking a being a popular eatery so much.

    The food was fantastic. Our server was also very good. We had 2 platters, 2 small plates, and one appetizer item. The flavor combinations for all of the dishes were both complex and delicious. I will definitely return.

    My wife and I had a lovely experience with everything from the bread to the drinks, appetizers, and main course!! Bone marrow asada is a must try!! Pork belly burnt end melt in you mouth crazy good!! Pea tendrils also amazing side!! It's slept on! Spencer steak nice piece of meat recommended by my good friend and chef Christopher!! Thanks again for the great food. My wife had sea food shrimp and artichokes, and it was also amazing as well!! Will be coming back soon!!
