Located at 5520 Burnet Rd. (Ste. 100), The Peached Tortilla specializes in Asian comfort food with a Southern twist. While the restaurant has brought some of the trucks’ street food favorites to the restaurant including its famous tacos and JapaJam burger, it boasts a number of new menu items influenced by Chef Eric Silverstein's childhood growing up in Asia. Daniel Berg is the Cofounder of Bill’s Oyster and Teddy’s Restaurant & Bar. Berg started his culinary career in New York, where he was also born and raised. Daniel attended the French Culinary Institute (NYC) as well as La Scuola Di Cucina (Colorno, IT). After completing culinary school he began working for critically acclaimed and James Beard award–winning Chef Andrew Carmellini. Berg would spend several years under Carmellini working for him beginning at Michelin-starred and three-starred New York Times restaurant A Voce. Berg would go on to help Carmellini open several more restaurants, including Locanda Verde, The Dutch and Bar Primi. He also spent a year working in Italy under Chef Massimo Montaro at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Principe Cerami. Good quality ingredients. Needs more than one Prosecco on the menu. The pasta taste handmade and cooked perfectly. Entree portions not large. If you’re hungry, no leftovers. First visit Valentine’s weekend, make reservations. Understaffed and overcrowded perfect conditions for good pasta. 8/10 definitely recommend. Ohhh! Do the citrus olive oil cake.

Josephine’s is my go to brunch spot. When I need a personal pick me up, brunch with friends or brunch with my finance, Josephine’s is always my top pick. Their food is always top tier and they have the most beautiful people on their team. 10/10 recommended.
