Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. This larger location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquette lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. Casa Vega, in Sherman Oaks, opened its doors in 1956 and has been serving the people of Southern California ever since. Local residents, and even celebrities, have flocked to the family-run Mexican restaurant currently run by Christy Vega Fowler, daughter of original owner, Rafael Vega. I loved everything about my experience, great drinks, amazing service, good atmosphere. I’d give 5 stars across the board but wish they had more vegan and gluten free options. I ended up just having a salad which was good but wasn’t enough for a dinner (adding nuts or mushrooms would have been nice but wasn’t available). Lastly parking with validation for a just shy of 4 hours was $37. That is ridiculous.
