Owner and chef Jim McCardy prepares delicious dishes made from seasonal locally-sourced ingredients. Marston's serves breakfast with such fare as pancakes, eggs Benedict and French toast. Guests can start their dinner course with a wild mushroom and pancetta salad, asparagus tempura or crab cakes with chipotle tartar.
