FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. Brussels Sprouts appetizer special was amazing! Bronzed Shrimp with Parmesan risotto was delicious as were the brisket tacos and halibut all on the specials! Another outstanding evening at Station!

Having a table next to the door it s an inconvenience due to waiters going in and out and it s really cold. Suggestion: dim the light, to bright for a restaurant and doesn’t create a sense of intimacy. Hope you will have dancing nights😊 The decor is absolutely amazing! We will go back.
