FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. We had a bouquet of flowers and the staff kindly offered to place them in water during our dinner. The staff at L’Escale is always full service and the cuisine is superb!
