At Rebellion Wine Bar, we have created an experience based on comfort, accessibility and epicurean delights. While Rebellion is truly homegrown in Cocoa Village, it was inspired by summers spent visiting relatives in Tuscany, along with extensive industry knowledge cultivated in various metropolitans. One thing that defines Rebellion Wine Bar is our extensive and exclusive offerings of natural wines. Natural winemakers celebrate the uniqueness of their grapes and regions, rather than strive for consistency in the marketplace. For our foods, we continue our emphasis on well-crafted fermentation. The menu reveals an array of cured meats, aged cheeses, as well as pickled vegetables. We especially pride ourselves on our locally sourced baked sourdough bread for our divine grilled melts, which unite childhood nostalgia with artisan quality sandwich making.

    Flavour accommodated our “Friendsgiving” group of 12 and we were welcomed with delicious food, bottomless mimosas, and wonderful service. Flavour Kitchen is our “go to” date night & brunch spot because of the consistently great food & service. Highly recommend any steak, the truffle fries, mac & cheese, and specialty french toast! “Chef’s kiss” 🤌 delicious!

    All I can say is WOW! This place was amazing. Went with my husband and we started with the scallop appetizer which was one of the specials. It was out of this world…a complete explosion of flavors. I had the lobster pad Thai and my husband had the short ribs special…again both amazing. We finished with the bread pudding. Beyond the delicious food the ambiance is great and wait staff was lovely. Overall outstanding experience…will definitely be back.

    We absolutely love coming to Rebellion for an amazing wine selection you will not find anywhere else. The menu is a great and yummy selection of appetizers and share plates that never disappoint. The feel of this spot is upscale and cozy chic. We love it and highly recommend it! Plus, everyone is so knowledgeable about the wines- you will walk away having learned something new.
