We were warmly welcomed and had a table with a view to sea. Drinks were served swiftly but without any feeling of being rushed. The menu options were varied and we chose from the specials. The food was just that, ‘special’! It was beautifully cooked and presented and tested divine! Whilst we didn’t have a desert, the selection was very tempting. Instant service, very friendly and polite and food delivered piping hot within 15 minutes. We’ve used WAX and The Phoenix as it was previously for 35 years, tonight’s service was probably the best ever. Good range of food from cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries to choice of cooked food for both meat and veggie requirements.
