A hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham, Victoria’s is the perfect spot for brunch, a leisurely lunch, indulgent afternoon tea or a decadent dinner.Head Chef Simon has crafted a selection of delicious menus using seasonal and locally sourced produce, working closely with neighbouring independent suppliers, growers and farmers to bring the best flavours of the Cotswolds, ensuring dishes are bursting with quality flavours. You will find many vintages of Woodchester Valley wines on the menu, based in the Cotswolds it is rated as one of the best Sauvignon Blancs in the world.Dishes change seasonally to ensure the best procedure is used. Current speciality dishes include a Bombay butty and a poached fillet of salmon with a shellfish and mussel risotto. Do not miss the signature rich chocolate marquise to finish your meal.

We pride in producing the finest burgers using local ingredients. Check out Flipside Labs, where our burger nerds try something different and interesting.Aside from burgers, we have a great wines and all our cocktails are made fresh (none of this pre-made mix nonsense). We have a wide selection of bottled beers, ales, prosecco and ciders, include non-alcoholic Peroni & Beavertown Laser Crush.Our restaurant seats 28 people inside and a further 20 outside in our lovely sun-trap garden. Welcome to the Fleece Inn, Bretforton. The Fleece Inn is the perfect rural retreat, the quintessential English country pub. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful Cotswolds and boasting roaring open fires for the winter months, open garden and apple orchard for the summer sun and a friendly welcome all year round.     Lovely festive, cosy atmosphere with fairy lights, candles and an open fire. Excellent food and drinks. Only small quibble was that our pigs in blankets looked a bit anaemic (I prefer a well done sausage!)

    On a very cold but sunny November day we treated ourselves to lunch at Buckland Manor hotel. From time gone by , escaping from the mad world the village and hotel was wonderful and greeted us with charm and friendship seldom experienced. All quite stunning. The team were perfect, greeting us with a smile and informal welcome, not in your face or pompous. The service couldn’t be more in keeping with the spirit of the day, possibly because of the confidence they had in the kitchen. We left feeling spoiled and very happy with ourselves that we experienced a charm and had the best day , simply wonderful.

    The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. The burgers were good size, very flavorful and juicy. The coleslaw I got with mine was excellent. Best burger I have had in quite a while. We were very happy and highly recommend this restaurant.
