Situated under the atmospherically delightful Arthur Probsthain Oriental and African Bookseller (est. 1903 no less), Tea and Tattle is a very English escape from the stiff upper lips of the busy streets above. Painted in a bright white, the room is light and airy despite its subterranean location, one wall featuring hand-painted Chinese wallpaper, others eclectic art works, some of course related to the business of bookselling. Arranged a booking to treat my wife to a meal for her birthday. Had a wonderful and entertaining meal at this branch. My wife was so happy and all our requests were met. Will be back with my friends on next trip. Thank you once again to all the staff at Inamo for that special evening.

Elegant afternoon tea with sterling service and creative, delicious food. The sandwiches were delicious and noticeably elevated compared to other afternoon teas. The cakes were gorgeous works of art. The room is spectacular.
