Willing to do things not on the menu, I asked for calamari with arrabiata sauce and he killed it! So good that I asked him to make one of his dishes with that sauce instead of a garlic broth!! And he did that TOO!! Not usual for a chef to change things up on a weekend night. My wife’s chicken francese was superb! There deserts are not homemade, but the tiramisu was delicious.
