For years they have been working together in several establishments and made them successful through their continuous dedication to customer service, and fresh food cooked from locally sourced supplies.Their passion is expressed through their commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a homely environment.Chef Stelian started out working alongside great Chefs including Gordon Ramsay. He developed his career over 15 years by delivering his passion on the plate. The Swan in Chiswick dates back to 1871 but we are positively new occupants having only arrived in 2002.We strive to keep the pub very much a pub while offering a Mediterranean-inspired menu that’s won many followers over the years.We have a cosy fire for the winter and a wonderful garden for the summer – it truly feels like a hidden gem and well worth a visit.Hopefully you can find everything you need to know here on the website but we’d much rather welcome you in person!
