Humo [oo-moh], is a modern firehouse situated in the heart of Watford, serving Spanish inspired meat, seafood, fish, and seasonal vegetables cooked in a charcoal and wood oven. Chef Stelian and Maria teamed up years ago when both discovered their passion for hospitality. For years they have been working together in several establishments and made them successful through their continuous dedication to customer service, and fresh food cooked from locally sourced supplies.Their passion is expressed through their commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a homely environment.Chef Stelian started out working alongside great Chefs including Gordon Ramsay. He developed his career over 15 years by delivering his passion on the plate. The Ledbury is located the heart of Notting Hill.Since opening in 2005, it has become one of London's more established restaurants, gaining 3 Michelin stars in 2024. The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. The kitchen is being overseen by Head Chef Tom Spenceley and the dining room is headed up by General Manager Jack Settle.

    We visited Reis Bar and Grill in Ruislip on a Saturday evening around 7 PM, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. My partner had the tomahawk steak with chips (10/10, by the way), our little one had chicken nuggets and chips, and I ordered the sea bass. The cocktails were not only delicious but also Instagram-worthy, with great presentation. The food was served with a dramatic dry ice effect, which was a nice touch. The waiters were warm and attentive without being overbearing, which made us feel really comfortable. Booking online was seamless, and everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, my son wasn’t feeling well, so he didn’t eat, but I ended up sharing some of the tomahawk steak, and wow—it was incredible. The sea bass was nice, and the sauce was good, but it wasn’t quite my kind of dish (I’m a bit fussy with food). To top it off, we ended up meeting the manager - thanked us for our visit at the end, which felt really genuine. We’ll definitely be back for the fantastic food, cocktails, and just the overall good vibes.

    Delicious food in lovely comfortable restaurant; service was impeccable; wine ordered was a quality product; we thought the set lunch provided great value with free basket of hot bread with some sauces Overall a great experience as we had a lovely leisurely afternoon over lunch and we will definitely repeat this soon

    The wife and I went for a mid-week date night and had a lovely time at Humo. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the decor and overall aesthetic was very cool and most importantly the food was delicious. It’s a great asset to Watford high street.

    This is a wonderful addition to Hatch End High Street. The size of the restaurant is a surprise for it looks like any other from outside but is quite big. The decor is plush. The food and service were excellent. Worth going with friends and family. Will come again soon.
