Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric subterranean chop mecca. Went to Camille for a Friday lunch and would definitely go back - great food and service. Felt very French. Bit pricey but you could tell the ingredients are top quality and everything was perfectly cooked.

Food was amazing and the staff were very tentative and made our experience brilliant. My partner loved everyone saying Happy Birthday to him and the cheesecake!! Thank you, we will definitely be returning next time we’re in London.

Everything was absolutely amazing, the food, the teas, the view, the people working there. However we did not expect the 15% service charge to be added to the price. But be had a wonderful time and do not regret at all to have chosen the Shangri-La for our tea time in London.

Absolutely loved the food. The service was also excellent, and super attentive. The only negative was we had the big round table very close to the opening and the noise from the Atrium is quite loud and so we had to shout to hear each other. But otherwise fab restaurant - the food was delicious.
