The service was friendly, attentive and personable. You didn't constantly refill my wine glass, pushing wine hard happens in virtually every restaurant these days, I hate it. My dining experience was amazing. They were so accommodating bc my daughter has food allergies. The service was outstanding as well as the hospitality. They went over and beyond. We had an epic time celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday.

I recently visited Blacklock in Canary Wharf with three friends, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, and the service was truly exceptional. Our waiter, Marcell, was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Manager Angel also came by to check on us, adding a personal touch that we really appreciated. The food was top-notch—delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. From start to finish, everything was just fab! Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience.

Everything was absolutely amazing, the food, the teas, the view, the people working there. However we did not expect the 15% service charge to be added to the price. But be had a wonderful time and do not regret at all to have chosen the Shangri-La for our tea time in London.
