The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! Wow! Amazing location, love the decor and ambience. Service is impeccable. Gorgeous cocktails and tasty fresh, inventive food. Only feedback is that the portion sizes are tiny for the prices and cocktails are £16 and £17 so it is expensive. Other than we loved it and it’s dog friendly too.

The atmosphere was charming and eclectic. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. This was one of the best meals I have eaten in London. I look forward to going back and would highly recommend.

Such a lovely evening! The food was just incredible, particularly the venison tartare, pork loin and beef cheek. Just amazing. Such lovely staff who were always ready to help and even treated us to a complimentary pudding for our special occasion! The Guinness was also a major highlight. Huge fun sitting near the bar upstairs and watching the cooks create everything. Can’t wait to come back again, thank you for looking after us so brilliantly!

Lovely venue, great atmosphere, cosy and vibrant on a cold night!. We were originally seated near the door in quite a draft but on requesting another table we were moved promptly. Food was excellent my ricotta and truffle ravioli had a wonderful balance of flavours and my companions enjoyed their beef ragu pastas and the veg risotto (loaded with walnuts!). Service was friendly and attentive, would definitely return
