The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. We also have vegetarian and vegan options as well as delicious puddings including tiramisu, poached pears and profiteroles.We have been the site of a Public house for centuries and still offer a selection of draught beers however we have an extensive wine list focusing mostly on classic wines from Europe.The Restaurant is divided into several areas: luxurious deep leather banquette seating, bar counters perfect for lunches and more casual dining and cosy fireside dining in our upstairs room. We also have two outside areas, a perfect spot for a drink or bite whilst watching the world go by.

Canary Wharf workers have a new waterfront wine bar as Humble Grape opened on Mackenzie Walk, along the water’s edge.On the wine list you’ll find 30 wines by the glass (they’ll rotate these regularly) as well as more than 400 wines by the bottle all with the focus on wines from small family wineries that champion sustainable, organic, or biodynamic practices. Valentines Day so no al a carte menu. Fixed price. Staff had made a real effort to create a good vibe. Food came quickly and tasted great but the service was outstanding. All the staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Impressive.

Overall is good, the waiter is nice and friendly. We had requested to change a table with a better light, they accepted and changed. The price is not bad, but it would be great if more main meals choice.
