I’ve been dining here for several years. The food and the ambiance is always good , however, unfortunately the service is getting worse and worse. With the exception of Abdula (who was fantastic!) the service was very slow and they couldn’t get the basics of placing dishes on the table correctly.

Everyone was very accommodating for us with needing a high chair and stowing our stroller. Food was delicious. Best oysters.

We had a lovely meal and the staff were wonderful. The yellowtail sashimi and the Tuna were excellent as was the aubergine and the cabbage. The peach saki was lovely. All the food was good and there was a good wine list. We will be back.

I came here to celebrate a personal milestone with my partner. The atmosphere was calm and sophisticated, and the atrium is quite pretty. My partner tells me that the gluten-free tea was truly delicious. My regular cakes and sandwiches were also nice, I really like liked the truffle mayo and chicken/chive sandwiches. The only thing I would say detracted from the experience was the tea selection. From previous afternoon tea experiences, I expected a full menu of available teas with descriptions. Instead, we have about 6 very standard choices. I feel like the Lanesborough could do better than 6 generic choices. I would return, but maybe not for the Bridgerton experience.

The food is quite outstanding. A return of proper French cooking at its best. All delivered in a perfect setting with exquisite service and ambiance
