The Dysart Petersham has recently undergone a complete interior refurbishment, bringing back to life as many of the original Arts and Crafts elements of the building as possible to set a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.Our menus change with the seasons as well as always holding a few of our signature dishes, freshly cooked to order by our Head Chef and his team, emphasising freshness, well balanced flavours, ethical sourcing and country values. We have a garden and a forager who provide local Petersham grown produce to our chef.

Serving contemporary French food, this much-loved independent restaurant has been going strong for over 22 years. Before booking, please note the restaurant has both downstairs and upstairs. The same menu options are available on both floors. There is no lift upstairs. Re Tasting Menu Timings: At lunch you must book before 1.45pm, and at dinner before 8.45pm. Tasting menus are not available outside of these times.If you cannot find a table, please contact the restaurant team direct as not all tables are available to book online.
