It brings together the characteristics of these two traditional restaurants. the tandoor ovens, Indian spices and marinades, select prime cuts of meat, and buzzing atmosphere. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. 11/10 experience. The food was absolutely incredible - some of the best Indian food I've ever had. It strided the line of inventive yet traditional flawlessly, and was easily better than what we normally have access to back in NYC. Probably going to buy Vivek Singh's cookbook now honestly. Also, the staff was lovely. Great service, and very attentive despite a full house (not too loud surprisingly, and wonderful ambiance by the way. My server even helped me surprise my partner for our anniversary. I came here on a whim on a travel day, and will definitely be coming back every time I am in London from now on. Thank you all so much!
