A lovely welcome as soon as you enter the restaurant as we were taken to our table every member of staff said hello to us which is very nice. We were offered drinks as we sat down at our table, if anything the staff were a little to attentive which is a nice thing. The food was as good as the Instagram post look with quite large portions. We will definitely be returning 9/10

Everything was great regarding food and service, no fault at all. There was a guy which was on the face call for over 1h disturbing the ambience. That ruined everything and from a 5* top experience downgrafed our experiemce to 1*. We would've return there for other experien e but thos kind of.put us off unfortunatelly. Just seem disrespectul towards customers as he was not having anything to eat or.drink, just the loud converstation.

Food was very good as was service. Only downside was it was Boding Day and Harrods was terribly crowded.

Sushi by Masa is a must if you want high quality sushi. It's one of our favorite restaurants and were thrilled to find a location in London. While the atmosphere is much different then NYC, the food is still outstanding. The service is top notch and that is what we were most impressed with...thank you to the very attentive staff!
