Franco’s boasts a colourful heritage and loyal client base thanks to its legendary relaxed style, friendly service and fantastic food thanks to Italian Chef, Stefano Turconi, who presents genuine, refined cooking, presented with a modern flare. Breakfast offers a full English breakfast. Set lunch at £35 for two courses and £46 for three is popular as are the changing daily specials and varied A la carte menu. Afternoon frequenters enjoy a cigar on one of the outside tables along with Champagne & Cocktails. For those going to the theatre, arrive from 5:30pm for the theatre menu priced at the same cost as the set menu. Franco’s beautiful private dining room which can be split in two separate rooms accommodating 34 on one long table, 50 in the whole of the lower ground or 14 in the wine cellar.

Excellent food and service. The lunch was for business purpose but needs to be in a causal environment, for which the May Fair Kitchen is perfect. This was my third time visiting, and will definitely go back. The Japanese and Italian menu is such a wonderful combination. 100% recommend!

The atmosphere was alive, the menu is good for food & drink - some items were a tad pricey. And our service from Jonah was great. Not sure why we didn’t get a booth or better table for 3 of us? And as 2 of us were looking at the wall instead of the central bar, we missed the music videos and several “happy birthdays”… Some interesting memorabilia to walk around & view. The shop IS expensive! But overall it was a great experience, if you feel you need / want to go, even if it’s only once 😊.
