The acclaimed chef, Ben Tish, has created a menu inspired by the diverse cooking styles of the gloriously sun-drenched Mediterranean way of life, as well as a focus on seasonality and bountiful British produce. The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The idea is to provide Londoners with a really relaxed venue for eating the finest British produce, cooked amazingly well, accompanied by excellent beer and wine at a great price.

Good experience, lovely decor, good staff though they did overhear the convo and joined in. Not sure what I think about that! With all of these types of restaurants, I think the food is over priced but that is the way of the world. I would feel better paying a cover charge and a charge for service, as that is why I go there, versus over priced food.

Another lovely meal as always. We love coming. It was just unfortunate that we felt like the chefs who were circulating the room all evening didn't make any time to interact with us. It was a little strange and somewhat off-putting.

We had an amazing meal on Saturday night in the restaurant area and enjoyed a drink at the bar after. All three courses were delicious, well presented and fresh. The service was flawless - we were met with smiles from every member of staff we encountered. The vibe of the Princess Royal was the exact thing we were after for a festive celebration. Would 100% come back again and recommend to friends! Thank you ☺️
