The Dysart Petersham has recently undergone a complete interior refurbishment, bringing back to life as many of the original Arts and Crafts elements of the building as possible to set a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.Our menus change with the seasons as well as always holding a few of our signature dishes, freshly cooked to order by our Head Chef and his team, emphasising freshness, well balanced flavours, ethical sourcing and country values. Looks as if the restaurant was recently renovated. Food was delicious. Just the right portion size, and presented beautifully. Set menu was good value. Staff very attentive and friendly, although it was a quiet night. We went for our anniversary, and would thoroughly recommend.
