Our pub has a warm and friendly atmosphere and an ‘Olde Worlde’ feel. Our award winning public house has a reputation for quality food.Jacque and the team at The Fountain Inn welcome you to our friendly establishment, where we try to serve good quality fayre at a reasonable price with a focus on cleanliness, safety and old fashioned values in service and training.Our full timers are Terry-Anne, Nick, Laura, Sammie and Annie and they are all here to ensure you enjoy your experience with us.Our Office Manager is Shannon and if there is any information you require she will be glad to help in any way she can.Craig is our head chef with a wealth of experience and ideas, ably assisted by Kyle.Thank you for eating at The Fountain Inn at Clent and if you enjoy your visit please tell a friend, if not please tell us.Our large car park ensures space is available at all times for passing trade and tourers. We founded The Bay Tree out of a deep love for real food, for food that is fresh and honest . We also felt that Kinver needed a place for people to meet each other, relax and enjoy a meal.We only use the best ingredients here at The Bay Tree: wherever possible we use local produce, organic vegetables, fresh fish, and free-range meats. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living. The Bay Tree was born in March 2020. Our goal is to make the Bay Tree blossom into a thriving village community. We offer a restaurant and bar, with quality, homely food to suit all appetites and budgets. Sympathetically designed, with room for families, groups and parties of all sizes, we want any customer to feel like they can call The Bay Tree their extended home.     Service at The Fountain is exceptional, they really know how to make you feel a valued customer. The food is beautifully presented and tastes delicious and there is a wide range for all palates. Would highly recommend eating here.

    I had booked a table for myself and my 95 year old mum and was initially apprehensive ( as mum is very fragile and wobbly on her feet) when we opened the door to find the restaurant packed with people - some of whom were waiting for tables . Our waitress found us a quiet table in a corner near the carvery and then when I went to the bar to order food I was served straight away . We were second in the queue to choose our carvery meal , which was delicious . All the waiting staff that we met were polite and charming - although the restaurant was very busy - we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

    Excellent standard of food, very well kept Butty Bach beer, service very good and a lovely setting. Had a very enjoyable 3 hour family get together.

    Food was delicious. The Christmas dinner cottage pie was one of the best meals I’ve tasted this year! And the blade of beef received equally positive feedback. Desserts delicious too.
